The Nest, Inside Orchard View Athletics

Muskegon, MI-- I started The Nest after watching other schools get the kind of athletic coverage I knew Orchard View athletes deserved.
Their athletes were being featured. Their teams were being celebrated. Their stories were being told.
And I kept asking myself:
Why not our athletes?
Why not the Cardinals?
Why not Orchard View?
Our athletes put in the work. They spend countless hours practicing, competing, traveling and representing Orchard View with pride. They deserve more than a final score. They deserve to have their stories told.
That's what The Nest is here to do.
More Than a Score
The Nest is about celebrating Cardinal athletics — the big wins, the tough losses, the personal accomplishments and the moments that make athletics special.
It's about the senior playing their final season, the freshman stepping onto the varsity stage, the coach who puts in countless hours and the teammate who makes everyone around them better.
It's about recognizing the work that happens long before the lights come on.
Our Athletes. Our Stories.
My goal is simple: give Orchard View athletics the coverage our athletes deserve.
I'll be there when I can — on the sidelines, in the stands, at the track, on the court and wherever Cardinals are competing.
And when I can't be there, coaches, families and fans can help tell the story. Send us your photos, accomplishments, milestones and highlights.
The more you share, the more we can celebrate.
The Nest was created because I believe our athletes deserve to be seen.
Other schools are getting coverage.
Why not us?
That's where The Nest began.
