Like many competitors, McCain wants to win it all.

But he understands that championships aren't won by simply talking about them. They are earned through daily commitment, discipline, and a relentless focus on improvement.

For McCain, that focus begins with himself.

As a senior leader, he recognizes that every day presents new challenges and obstacles. Whether it's a difficult practice, a tough game, or adversity along the way, success comes from continuing to move forward.

McCain is committed to pushing past those roadblocks and finding ways to improve, no matter how small the gains may seem.
